SO, My wife decided to call and hook up new cable and internet with different provider. It's a little cheaper and offer some incentives for switching. Sounded good. Ok. So today the guy shows up to do the work, but tells us no internet just cable. OOps! Someone made a mistake. Would they fix it? No. We'd have to rebook. On top of the guy being really rude we were disgusted by the lack of customer service and we we're not even a customer yet. Needless to say we did'nt switch.
